During our consultation we will tour your home, discuss the steps of the process for the sell and buy sides, determine your financial goals, perform a market analysis and review KEY items to complete before putting your home on the market along with your plans for after the sale.

Your home is live! Now what? With the power of our marketing program, the showings will start rolling in! I will navigate the negotiation process once we receive offers from interested Buyers and assist with estimating your profits. We will remain in communication the entire time and you will be notified immediately with any updates.

Closing Time!
Money! Money! Money!
This is the moment you've been waiting on! Throughout the "pending" phase, I am overseeing the Buyer's progress and will remain in communication with you for status updates! As we get closer to closing time, we will review any final details.
